Learning and Literacy Support
My background in education continues to shape the way I work today.
Every child deserves to feel capable and seen in their learning. My literacy work helps children and teens build confidence through a structured yet compassionate approach.
I use EBLI, an evidence-based literacy method that helps students strengthen decoding, fluency, and comprehension. Sessions are tailored to each learner, blending structure with presence and curiosity. We pause when needed, breathe when frustration rises, and celebrate progress that comes from real understanding, not memorization.
I collaborate closely with parents, teachers, and support teams to create a shared language around a child’s learning. This partnership helps bridge the gap between home, school, and self.
Each session is also guided by the nervous system. When a child feels safe in their body, learning flows with more ease. By integrating gentle breathing and regulation techniques, I help students reconnect to calm focus, so reading becomes a place of possibility again.
This work isn’t just about improving reading skills. It’s about helping children trust their own pace, feel proud of their growth, and experience learning as something alive and empowering.
