These sessions can be created for private groups, workplaces, retreats, celebrations, community gatherings, or intimate experiences in my home studio or your space. Each offering is thoughtfully tailored to the energy and needs of the group, weaving together modalities like yin yoga, yoga nidra, guided meditation, gentle movement, breathwork, sound, and nervous system support.

This work offers a different kind of experience than activating breathwork. Rather than moving energy through intensity, these practices invite the body into stillness, restoration, awareness, and deeper connection. They create space to slow down enough to actually hear yourself again.
